Two years ago, my mother had been suffering from colon cancer and as a member of staff I asked if I could have some time off to spend my last moments with her. Was flatly refused. When I got the eventual news that she had passed away, they begrudgingly gave me some leave for a few days but guess what? It wasnt compassionate leave as it should have been, they're too heartless for that. It was actually cited as 'holiday leave'.Altogether Care, ran by narcissistic tyrant of a manageress when i was there should really be Altogether We Only Care About Ourselves And Stuff The Rest.
