Went to this garage where Kieron and Shaun dealt with us. Both of them were brilliant and professional, Kieron hadn't been there long but that didn't show in his approach to us. We didn't end up purchasing the car but that was no fault of both gentlemen, the only feedback I'd have and that would be the Evans Halshaw as a whole. Be more accepting of 3rd party finance, offering 13.5% when alot of companies offer 8-10% is a huge turn off. If they'd been able to sorted out a lower rate there and then we'd have took it but as we'd been accepted for 8.9% we didn't want the only rate Evans Halshaw offer. And to get them to accept 3rd party involved the gents having to contact head office which they didn't come back to me till the Tuesday (after meeting them Sunday). You need to give your sales people more of a chance. Offer the customer the 13.5% but if they want to go elsewhere for finance then it should be an ok from the highest person working that day instead of head office having to intervene. Thanks Kieron and Shaun anyway, you were brilliant regardless.

Just completed my first purchase of a used car here. Chris made the process much smoother than I was expecting and was very helpful, even willing to accommodate me around my inflexible work schedule. I test drove a car that I liked but when I explained that I felt there were too many miles on the clock, Chris had a similar example transferred from one of their other branches in Lancashire, which I ended up purchasing. Very positive overall experience.
