The process of finding a job was quite easy with TTi.Gareth the recruiter offered me interviews with great schools and centres. In the end I found a centre that best suited me with good working hours, great salary and a beautiful city.I’m pleased with the service that was provided. Highly recommend!If you are thinking of going to China to teach, go with TTI. They are the best.Timeline: 3 months from my first message to Gareth to teaching in a classroom in Chain.When looking for a position in China I spoke to 2 other agencies in England, 5 different HR reps in China and ALL of them said there are no positions in ‘schools’ in Qingdao. Just a week after talking with Gareth and his team I had an interview set up with a school in Qingdao. I had no prior classroom teaching experience but they still managed to get me into a school. Training centers are good for new teachers but I needed a school and Gareth was the only person I found that could help me.Gareth and his team also walked me through the process of getting everything ready for my school, such as visas and document verification; and if I had any questions, they were there any time of the day.After starting in the position Gareth continues to check in and make sure I’m adapting well.This is not a company that just gets you a job, they get you a position that fits you, make your transition painless and pleasant then continue to support you after you start.I have been working towards this for years so thank you Gareth and his team for getting me into this next chapter.

I thoroughly recommend TTI to anyone wanting to teach in Asia! I'm in Beijing as I write this, I'm starting a great job at a very supportive, modern, well-equipped school, with really friendly colleagues and excited happy kids. The school is really glad I'm here! The demand for native English speakers really is high, and the pay reflects that (one of my reservations was that it seemed too good to be true). The process of getting here has been fairly long, and not exactly straightforward, but Gareth at TTI has been really helpful and made things easy at every step along the way.
