Fabulous service. Prompt, caring and knowledgeable.

Absolutely brilliant. Rang multiple different places including RSPCA and no one would come out but swan support came straight away with 15 minutes. Wish I had known about them before hand

Thank you everyone at Swan support for your prompt and professional rescuing of a Mallard and her 8/9 chicks from my garden in Isleworth today.

These guys are most selfless, amazing people.After finding a swan in distress with a fishing hook and line stuck in its wing.. National Trust wouldn’t help.Wild Life Protection weren’t interested as it was 4pm and they were almost clocking off (‘call back tomorrow if it’s still there / alive!!!!’)RSPCA took a report but weren’t going to do anything, something about it not being a domestic animal.Swan support came out as soon as they could after rescuing several other swans. They spent a long evening walking up and down a canal in the dark finding the injured swan. They managed to find the swan, remove the hook and line, treat the wound and were able to send him back on his way to his friends! All on a valentines evening when I’m sure their other halves would have appreciated having them home with a take away and a romantic swan documentary!We have donated and will do again.Can’t praise these people enough!

I have called out Swan Support on a few occasions and they have been so helpful! They are amazing - their care and consideration for not just Swans but also ducks and geese is second to none! They are full of knowledge and do such an important job rescuing and rehabilitating these beautiful birds - thank you for everything you do!

I reluctantly called swan Support today as needed help to retrieve a parrot, obviously thought they wouldn’t help as it’s nothing to do with swans. Well how wrong was I! They turned up in no time at all and saved the day in minutes after we’ve been standing by helpless for 28 hours. Wonderful people doing a fantastic job!

Really helpful and responded immediately to come out and help a swans and cygnets on the road situation. They knew which swans they were and where they should be taken home. Really great.

Steve and Claire are true heroes. They arrived in the cold, dark and rain at 7pm in Valentines evening after all other charities had asked us to wait until the morning with an injured swan. Without hesitating they jumped in their canoe and after searching for over an hour they found the swan, removed the fishing hook and set it free. I am so grateful for their care and dedication to save these beautiful birds. Thank you so much for caring
