Spoke and Motor

We were interested in purchasing our first electric bikes and didn’t really know where to start or what would be the best type of bike. We contacted Spoke and Motor and visited the branch at Bury. Stuart guided us through the many features and allowed us to try the bikes that he thought suitable. His knowledge and patience were absolutely excellent and we would highly recommend this business. We’re now looking forward to better weather when we can go further afield.

Great service from the team at Ely. Their location is ideal, with lots of easy free parking. Having phoned ahead, I was seen straight away.The thoughtful and skilled technician was able to solve a niggling issue with my bike that has existed for a while. I was made to feel welcome by really friendly team who got me back on my wheels in short order.Highly recommended if you need an E-bike servicing or are looking for one to buy.

I cannot rate Spoke & Motor Ely high enough! I was looking to buy an e-bike but having made one bad purchase in 2021 and with a disability I wasn’t sure if I’d ever find the right bike. From the moment I walked in to the Ely showroom Stuart was amazing, he listened to my issues made me feel at ease and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable on the bike. He went over and above in making sure the bike was right for me! I can absolutely recommend this company for anyone who wishes to buy a good quality e-bike, their customer service is the best!Thank you Stuart for helping me to get back to cycling and the freedom that gives me!

Impressive service and excellent bike. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the bikes able to answer my endless questions and clear about the pros and cons of different options. I really appreciated their low pressure sales approach, they gave me time to think about what was for me a major purchase and happy to let me test ride different models. When the bike was delivered they took me through everything in detail, and they have been very happy to answer all my follow up questions. As for the bike itself my Riese and Muller Nevo is fantastic to ride, I look for excuses to go out on it, it’s a car replacement that turns heads wherever I go.

I purchased two bikes fromSpoke and Motor and the experience was fantastic from end to end.They have quite a few different bikes in their shop and they were fantastic in letting us test drive them around to figure out what we actually wanted. They provided their expert opinions and weren’t pushy at all during the buying experience.When they arrived, they were promptly built, road tested, and delivered. They detailed all of the necessary information and made sure we were confident before we took to the trails.I would strongly recommend and would definitely purchase from Spoke and Motor again!

Loving the new Riese & Muller Nevo GT automatic bike. To be honest I cant fault it, everything is built to such a high speck, and so well thought out, that it makes riding easy and enjoyable.Stuart's advice in the showroom in Ben's yard outside Ely was brilliant. I ended up finding a bike that was perfect for my commute and for tasks around the city on the weekend, and not just simply the fastest bike, or being upsold anything. My dad even ended up buying a eBike and getting back into cycling.

Absolutely thrilled with my new electric bike. Spoke and Motor were fantastic. I was taken out for 3 rides on 3 different bikes to try. All the staff were very helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure at all. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I can trust them and that if I have any issues or problems they will be on hand to help. My little one absolutely loved the rides to and engaging with the staff.

Love the bike l give up driving mainly due to rising costs and only using the car once or twice a week. The bike fills that gap lve used it for shopping but plan to use it for enjoyment in the future. Spoke and Motor delivered the bike at no charge. I was given a run down on the bike at home everything was explained and questions answered. Top class service.

Bought a Riese and Müller Roadster from them, spoke to Craig originally and then subsequently Stuart. They delivered the bike to my home address and took the time to go through all the controls and the Bosch Nyon setup. Very pleased with the bike which is proving to be a good choice for the winter months. I am also glad I chose to have the Tannus Armour inserts fitted, very necessary for the roads round where I live.

Visited after arranging appointment. With a view to trying out a Riese Muller Load 60. On arrival they had prepared the cargo area from child's seating to carrying a load. Stuart was fantastic in providing a test ride with various items I had brought to try as a load. A superb experience. No hard sell. I purchased a bike which was personally delivered to my home. Now that's service.
