The food here is so so so good! As a vegetarian there's still so many options, the menu is huge. The service is great, the workers are lovely and caring.

Please consider whether you wish to buy food from here - it comes with unwanted extras!We placed a considerable order with Hing Wings via Just Eat. The quality of the food was generally not what I would expect; but one meal was inedibleWe had ordered a portion of sweet and sour king prawn balls to share. The first one out of the container had a long dark hair encased in the batter! Needless to say no one wanted to eat them.I tried to raise this via Just Eat but was unable to due to their systems and so today I rang the takeaway itself. I explained the issue with the hair and how this had put us off eating the prawn balls and gave them the opportunity to rectify the issue. Nothing was suggested so I persisted and requested a refund or a credit of the £5.90 - this was refused.I was told that they were a takeaway not a restaurant and they were busy the night before.This explanation is simply not good enough. When you purchase a meal you expect to be able to eat it.Customer service; again not good enough, no apology, no replacement, no refund, no customer satisfaction.

Placed an order over the phone. Rang to chase the order after over an hour. They said ‘the machine cancelled the order’ and we were being rude! Shocking service.

Food took over 3 hours to turn up!Their phone line was not connected so we couldn't ask for an update.The fish was rubbery and cold as a result.I understand they may be busier than normal during this time, but customer service was dreadful. I'm afraid we won't be ordering here again

Over 2 hours (almost 3) later the order still hadn’t arrived. We called and was told they are very busy and can we pick it up. Then was told the food order was OK only being done.Asked for a refund but they was refusing at first.Staff very cocky and rude. Definitely not be going to here again.

VERY long wait. when I eventually did get through, was told my order hadn't even left the shop. After an hour and a half. What. you didn't think to maybe call on the number provided to inform us because now its too bloody late to go elsewhere. Oh but I can come and pick it up if I like. After its been sat there for close to two hours? Really? nope. Thanks for nothing.Edited to add - now I am not hangry any more, we have used this place for a while and the food was always good. Delivery is good usually though it has been late on occasion, nothing out of the ordinary. What riled me up particularly is that I ordered at 9 ish, and only managed to get through on the phone ten minutes before the shop closed, so I reckon that they were just going to take the cash and not bother delivering (since the girl told me my order hadn't even left the shop yet). That, is dishonest and disgraceful. On another occasion they were quick to call me to tell me that I had underpaid by 80p delivery, and could I give it to the driver, which I did. So why no phonecall this time?They clearly use the phone when it works in their favour, so again, not great service.I would have appreciated much more a phonecall saying really sorry, something has happened and we can't fulfill your order. It happens. We could have gone elsewhere.As it was, we were left until 11pm almost. Meaning even if I could find someone willing to deliver at that time we would be waiting another hour for it to get there and be eating at midnight.Not what you want at the end of a busy working week when you just want to kick back and relax, is it? kind of ruined my date night in.I will not be using this place again. Not because you messed up on taking orders and overstretched yourselves, but because you didn't have the decency to call us so we could sort something else out. Seems like you were going to just take the money and leave us dangling there, which is an attitude I cannot stand.One loyal customer lost. A little courtesy goes a long way.
