Excellent service from Andy. I saw the car online and as I live 65 miles from the garage, Andy sent videos of the inside and outside of the car for me to view. Andy kept in touch throughout the whole process. Would strongly recommend this business. Very happy with my car.

Very impressed that the dealership did not seek to preregister the car and sell it above list price as many other dealers are doing. This gave us great confidence. Dana was extremely helpful in providing us with information including videos of the car as we were not able to view it in person. Thanks to Josh for collecting us from the train station after a very long journey. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Ordered a spare wheel kit online and the whole process was effortless. Had a couple of questions which were dealt with by James quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I was left feeling very well cared for with regards my order which was supplied in three boxes that were delivered quickly and well packaged just a few days later. Highly recommended for customer satisfaction.

After some online research we went to Batchelors in Ripon with a budget and car model in mind. We were warmly greeted by David Easton who instantly matched us with the right car. There were no pushy sales techniques, just patiently and good-humouredly answering our questions. A quick test drive and a little while later we were ready to buy our car. We'd planned to sell our own car privately but the trade-in price offered was good and took away all the hassle. Every communication with David was easy, friendly and efficient. Excellent service - you made a big purchase much easier, thank you.

Just bought my latest car from Batchelors of Ripon and it really was a five star experience from the very first look at the car right through to picking it up on the day and time that David said. I was given time on my own to look round the car before a salesman came over and gave me a tour and a test drive. I was given a good price for my old car and the whole process was hassle free and relaxed. Everything was explained to me as we went along and David kept in touch along the way keeping me informed of what to expect next and also what was happening with my car. It felt as though I was treated just as I would have been if I was buying a brand new car even though I bought a used model. I would highly recommend these guys and will certainly look here again when the time comes. Thanks to David and all the team for a great experience.
