Awful letting agents! Poor communication throughout the whole tenancy. An employee even admitted to ignoring phone calls because it was ‘too early’. It took over 6 months to sort getting our deposit back, where HOP ignored emails constantly. Issues within the house weren’t sorted unless we pestered them. Would avoid at all costs…
