I am scared of needles and Tracey is amazing. She made the experience feel easy. The service as a whole is totally worth it if you are nervous like me and the samples are taken straight to the hospital.

I use this service regularly. I always get an appointment at a time that suits me and the phlebotomist is always on time, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I recommend this service whole-heartedly.

I had extensive interaction with the GP service before hand to order a complex set of blood tests. The communication was quick and professional. My son was very upset by having bloods taken and the phlebotomist was excellent with him.

Very happy with BTH service, super quick in answering and arranging a suitable time. Tracey is quite skilled and lovely. It was my daughter's first blood test and she was very comfortable thanks to Tracey. Will definetely use again.
