Ben responded rapidly to my initial enquiry at the weekend when we agreed a date a few days later to attend. He arrived on time and was quickly able to access the rear of the washing machine. The location of the leak was difficult to ascertain but Ben was diligent in eventually finding it. He repaired the leak but, importantly, he checked for further problems and identified a second leak. His persistence was admirable. Ben efficiently reassembled the machine and returned it to the original location. An excellent technician, polite, clean and friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Ben came to look at a problem I had with my inbuilt fridge freezer. Arrived when he said he would, set to work, quickly discovered the problem(s) and corrected what was wrong. I’d be happy to use his services in future knowing that he is doing such a good, quick and efficient job. Thanks Ben for your help.

I contacted Ben about our washing machine which was making a horrendous noise.Ben came out and confirmed that the bearings had worn and the drum would need to be replaced. We considered purchasing a new machine, however the cost of replacing the drum was less than half the cost of purchasing a new machine so we felt this was the right choice. Ben ordered the drum there and then and it was installed a week later. It was a really quick and straightforward fix which was more economical and ethical than purchasing a whole new machine. Thanks Ben for the fab service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ben also looked at our fridge freezer which wasn't cooling properly. Sadly that couldn't be repaired but Ben was able to give excellent advice as to what to purchase as a replacement.I would highly recommend Ben's services.

I can not speak highly enough of Ben (Andover Domestic Appliances) he went out of his way to accommodate my Freezer repair after it had failed and really could not have been more helpful and professional at a very reasonable price.Nobody wants a domestic appliance breaking down but if the worst does happen he is now on my speed dial.

Ben was massively helpful and fixed our washing machine and dryer within an hour. Ben was a complete professional and exceptionally helpful. I had half expected to be told we needed to replace the machines but instead he knew how to fix them and even managed to source the parts despite them not being terribly common. Despite sinking in an hour of time and driving to me, he didn't invoice me until he had the part and could finish the job. Fantastic service! Would highly recommend.

Ben was really friendly and someone I felt comfortable having in my home. He made sure to explain to me what the issue was, showing me the problem and I trust that he has done all that’s needed to resolve nthe problem! Would recommend and use his services again!

Called about a dish washer repair but sadly told outside area. However discussed the issue with the machine and was a float valve problem. Told me how to sort it out and saved me the cost of an engineers visit. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and unbiased advice. Had an issue with a fairly old washing machine, thankfully turned out to be loose wires and no need for expensive new parts or a new machine.Would definitely recommend calling Ben before you right off your machine!
