It is without doubt that Monroe are the best estate agents . Not only do they do the best presentations and have the best knowledge of the properties they sell, their real strength lies in the way the deal with all sales from accepting an offer to completion. Monroe have sold two properties for me in the last year, one of which didn’t even make it to the open market ( thank you Jordan) A special shout out to Leanna who is so professional and on it , you are never in any doubt where you stand or where you are in the process. Our Monroe experience was brilliant.Our expectations were quite low based on previous experiences working with estate agents, poor communication and constant chasing for replies and updates.We bought our house in March 2023 through Monroe and the communication and dedication from Leanna and the team was exceptional. Leanna was always there to advise and push and pull information - co-ordinating with the seller and both solicitors. Really efficient and professional, thank you.As and when we buy and sell in the future we will most certainly be going to Monroe.

I have recently used Monroe in the sale of a number of new build apartments and was incredibly impressed with the results and professionalism throughout the process.
