Sent me an email quote out of hours and `followed up with phone confirmation the following morning Good machine delivered and collected on the days requested (no time specified). I replaced the amount of diesel used and incurred no additional charges whatsoever.. Will hire from them again

I recently hired a mini digger and one ton dumper truck from the Burntwood depot for work in my garden.The whole process was great from start to finish. There was a small problem with the fuel filter on the dumper but as soon as I reported it they sent an engineer round straight way to fix it and everything went smoothly.I have no hesitation in recommending this Company for your plant hire needs.

Hired of a 3T digger for the week. Booking was a quick and simple process. Delivery driver was excellent, he navigated a narrow lane to access our house, gave us clear instructions on use of the digger. Overall great experience, we will be hiring off Chase again when we do further landscaping work next Spring.

UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTSChase Plant Hire offer a £30 discount on future orders upon leaving a google review. I duly did this after my digger hire. All seemed good up to this point. Two days after leaving my review over £100 of unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card from this company (which I have disputed). I now realize why their initial hire charge seems competitive; there are all sorts of additives that get added on after the hire that you are not made aware of nor are justified.DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY; IT IS A FALSE ECONOMY. Hire from a reputable company that doesn't try to trick you.If I could leave zero stars I would.Hired a digger; shopped around and Chase were competitively priced. Great piece of equipment and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend Chase Plant Hire and would use again

Hired a mini digger for some work in the garden,enquired on the Friday evening not expecting a response until Monday,but there was a response with costs and availability and then over the course of the weekend I completed the required documentation and it was delivered on the Tuesday as expected with a demo on how to use it. It was then collected 24 hours later. Really friendly and efficient staff

From the moment they answered the phone, I knew I had made the right decision. They were very friendly and professional, and after explaining what we were going to be doing, they knew exactly what we needed. Delivery was very quick, on the same day, and we had the machine for the weekend. Despite the rain, the machine was great and did exactly what we intended it to do. Collection was very quick also. The only drawback I have to say is that the machine does not come with any instructions. But I would definitely recommend the company, and I would use them again in the future if I need to.

First rate service, delivered when stated nice and clean and full of fuel, needed it longer than I originally thought spoke to Scott who sorted it quickly, nothing was too much of a problem, collected when stated invoiced straight away.
