Not Only Healthy Back

Found Helena after searching for a back massage for a very sore back shoulders neck and headache! Helena was welcoming and amazing at what she does she worked on my back for 90mins and the relief I had after the massage is unbelievable I will return in a couple of weeks for another treatment. Would highly recommend Helena.

I hurt my back which resulted in a few weeks of pain from sciatica. I contacted Helena and she suggested a deep tissue back massage may help. I booked an appointment which was done with ease and I had the recommended massage. Helena is very professional and we started with a discussion on where my pain was. I then had the massage which was extremely beneficial and done to perfection. Helena often asked was I ok during the massage. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone and plan to have ongoing treatment. As for the sciatica well its not something that can be fixed immediately but I certainly feel that the massage has helped accelerate healing.I must mention the hot lava stones at the end of the massage, fantastic experience.

Great massages, usually I’m very sore after a massage but both times she managed to significantly reduce my back pains from postpartum and breastfeeding and I had no pains afterward so it was the best treat.
