Purchased a Helite E Turtle air bag vest from 'Love Life & Ride' in person a while back at a track day trade event. Nick's friendly knowledge in providing the correct fitment was invaluable, as I'm still wearing it regularly. Their aftercare back up has been second to none too when asking for E turtle firmware updates and I just recently purchased a 'Mesh' Air bag jacket from them too for the summer. Service was prompt, great communication and Nick's usual friendly service. Purchased my Helite e Turtle just over 12 months ago and what an awesome piece of kit.I’ve used it all over the UK and Europe and I can’t believe I didn’t purchase one sooner. Lightweight and comfortable, so much so I often forget I’m wearing it. Some days I’ve ridden over 400 miles and hardly noticed it.Nick is a true gentleman and someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about safety. Nick took the time to explain everything, gave me expert sizing advice to ensure I bought the right one, fast tracked shipping so that I would receive it before my trackday, and offered a very competitive price! The vest is excellent quality, and the service was exceptional. No reason to buy from anywhere else!

Nick was very helpful and patient. He's very knowledgeable about the products and talked me through the airbag options in great detail, explaining the pros and cons of tethered vs electronic. I visited him for a fitting and he took the time to make sure I got the right size of Helite vest and even helped me fit the fork sensor to my bike. I started investigating airbag vests after coming off my bike on a slippery Welsh road and breaking my collarbone, in early-March 2020. While a vest is not going to help in every situation it might have made a difference in this incidence, perhaps resulting in a bad bruise rather than a break.Looking around at the different options on the market Helite stood out with their non-subscription and user serviceable model, rather than something that if it did deploy would need returning to the manufacturer for a service.When buying clothing, especially safety related, I always prefer to buy in person rather than online so with Love Life and Ride being the closest to my home I made an appointment with Nick for a fitting session.Everything went well on the day and being there to try on different sizes meant it was easy to choose the right one for me. I settled on the e-Turtle as I knew I'd forget to unclip a lanyard plus Nick explained it will deploy far quicker when needed.All in all I'm extremely happy with the purchase and the vest has become as natural to put on as my helmet or gloves. The photo shows it in use on a recent trip to Southern Ireland.

I and with two friends met up with these guys at the London Motorcycle Show, as we were interested in the air vests.They could not have been more helpful, showing us each vest and going through the pluses and possible minus points of each. Happy to say that the pluses outweighed any minus issues.Good, well made kit and great service. Recommended.PS A third friend, who couldn’t make the show, rang them the next day. They called him back from the stand and he bought one over the phone. Again, good service.

I had incredible service from Nick at Love Life and Ride! In short, I hadn't read the instructions (bloke) and couldn't get my vest working - he emailed me at 6am on a Sunday morning to put me straight! Top bloke, thoroughly recommended.
