Where do I even begin? Katherine is infectious, she’s encouraging, helpful and guiding & you never feel like your bothering her if you get in touch outside PT sessions. I always receive a little text in the morning and it sets me up for the day. I’ve been working with Katherine for a week now & I’ve already lost 6.75 inches & 2.5lbs, I’m amazed! I’ve worked with coaches before but never gained results like this. I walk into the gym happy, I look forward to seeing Katherine and I’m so excited to see where the rest of my journey takes me. If you 50/50 over whether to take the leap of faith and do it….all I say is DO IT! You will not regret it. It’ll be the best decision!

I'm loving working out with Katherine once again. She really motivates me and her boot camp is a very comfortable, supportive place. The classes are small, usually 3 or 4 people which allows for a very hands on, personal training session. With all her knowledge and experience, any health or joint issues are always considered during classes, adapting the exercises to suit.I would highly recommend using Katherine as your Personal Trainer, she gets results and boosts your confidence every time.

Katherine's bootcamp is brilliant. I hadn't done any sort of group exercise class in over a decade and had never set foot in a gym when I decided to sign up. I was pretty nervous when I first walked in but Katherine immediately made me feel part of the team. She is so enthusiastic and encouraging. She knows exactly how to get the best out of people, making sure she is really pushing us but taking care that every exercise is tailored to individual capability. After a few weeks I feel so much better, stronger and fitter. The venue is fantastic too. Easy to get to, with lots of parking available.Katherine has loads of equipment and her gym resembles a cross between a medieval torture chamber and playground. The exercises are way more fun than torturous though, and the classes expertly have you diving into all sorts of different exercises - no two are ever the same. Katherine really keeps up the pace all the way through so sessions fly by. I genuinely cannot rate this place highly enough. If you are even just toying with the idea of signing up, please just go for it. You absolutely won't regret it. Borrowing one of Katherine's quotes, 'You deserve to feel good'.

I came to Katherine as a reasonably fit person. I trained several times per week and classed myself as above average.However I had reached a plateau in terms of weight and size loss. I had been stuck at around 87kg for more than 18 months and nothing seemed to change that.Katherine guided me on the importance of having a good balanced diet. This was a game changer for me, it was amazing looking back on quite how much rubbish I did eat.The morning training sessions before work are absolutely brilliant, It really is a good start to the day. Some of the sessions are really testing and I’m amazed how many calories they burn.I’m accountable for my own progress but Katherine is always there making sure I’m on plan.So now after 6 months of training with her my weight is now 79kg and I’ve lost four inches off my waist alone. It’s fair to say I’m probably in the best shape of my life.I can’t recommend Katherine highly enough. What ever level you are she will make you better.I look forward to training with her for a long time to come.

Before I joined the army, I wanted to get fitter and so I asked Katherine to help me do so. I couldn’t have done it with out her help! With her help I had noticed a change in me physically, improving in my fitness and my body. Also mentally, being able to think positively each and every day. Katherine was absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend her enough. A total no fuss approach to setting you up with a fitness regime that you will actually maintain and see really great results.I did twelve weeks of one to one sessions and online daily workouts, almost a year later I am still doing the online sessions. They are just part of my daily routine. I feel stronger, look leaner and they helped me get back into running which I never thought I’d be able to do.If you are doubting if you should give Katherine a call, don’t! Her energy and positive approach is contagious and I’m so grateful she got me back into fitness.

I was struggling with my weight, had low energy and was fed up . Then a friend had been working with Katherine and had amazing results so I contacted Katherine and met her in person and had a chat .Katherine put me a ease was very professional and worked out the best approach for me and started the rediscover you plan and took the first steps to a healthier lifestyle. I have really enjoyed the plan including daily exercise class which I was so unfit at first but the more I did the easier it became. At the end of the plan I have lost an amazing 18lbs and 15 inches and feel amazing thanks to Katherine's support. I will continue with the my journey and highly recommend Katherine.
