I am honestly without words.Ordered something online because website said it was in stock (not 1 but 5 were in stock) and received confirmation email. When I got there after a 45 minute journey the item was out of stock and the manager took no responsibility. No apologies where given and no alternative item was available. What a waste of time. Never will I go back.

Had a better service here than in other ECPs. No queue, no fuss, asked for an item and it was fetched fast and I was on my way. Banter was good too. Decent front of house. Only bad thing is the sat nav route. No reflection on the store though.

Previous visit was fine, sadly this not so,, asked for2 spark plugs for mowers for work,, unfortunately I didn't check items before I left. Yup, given wrong ones, thanks, wasted my time. Wasn't worth going back, as online said no stock next day,, lesson learnt
