Amazing weight loss group with an amazing, lady Jen she just makes you smile from the time you walk through the door til the time you leave and after, losing weight with her is so supportive, and like a big family the new “evolve” weight plan is just easy to follow, and something new not like them old tired slimming groups out there!!And by how busy it was on the first day it looks like most people are thinking the same.Well done!!

Over the years I have done a few weight loss groups only to find them so restrictive. With Evolve life is so much better I no longer worry when I'm asked out for a meal. I enjoy cooking again. Thanks Jen for all your wonderful support. You put your whole heart into Evolve you are so inspiring.

Wow what a friendly supportive bunch of people. The food plan is so easy to follow and allows me such a wide choice of food. It was so refreshing to listen to Jen and her enthusiasm as she talked about this new plan and the support she what’s to offer to us all. There was no embarrassing being ‘put on the spot’ or any of this ‘happy clapping business’ can’t wait till next week.

Jen is a fantastic consultant, she is supportive, informative and great fun. The plan is flexible and fits into life, with a nod to exercise and well being if you want it! This is such a great, flexible and fulfilling eating plan. I never feel hungry and eat genuinely lovely food without feeling cheated! And the lady who runs it, Jen is the best motivator I’ve ever met at a weight loss group. She’s so much fun, inspiring and your biggest fan in your weight loss journey! There’s never any awkward (and frankly, annoying!) clapping or going around the whole group asking each person what went well/ what went wrong for them that week - you only contribute if you want to, usually about helpful tips, new recipes or things we’ve achieved. Everyone is SO supportive and happy for each other, it’s honestly so lovely! I’ll never go back to any other weight loss programme. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and feel great!
