Muzzy is a knowledgeable, courteous and hard working broker. This was the first time I used him and I'm happy to say I've found my broker of choice. I finally completed in December 2022 and from the begining he kept in touch, offered advice whenever I needed it and was able to get me an excellent product. His fees were also very reasonable. There are many fee free brokers out there but from experience they were never that good and difficult to get hold of when needed. So I feel I made an excellent choice with Muzzy and will highly recommend him.

I was a first time buyer and had no idea about mortgages when I was introduced to Muzzy. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions. The process can be daunting but he completely took the stress out of it for me. He was very quick to get me my Mortgage in Principal which enabled me to put offers on properties I was interested in straight away. He kept me regularly updated and I would highly recommend using his services!

He was always keeping me fully updated during the whole process & found the best deal possible. He even checked up on me after the whole process. Having now completed our house purchase as first time buyers, I can fully recommend Muzzy. We have had to amend our mortgage offer a number of times due to change of purchase address (original house purchase fell through) and changes in purchase price. Muzzy Iqbal was very helpful, securing my first time mortgage. I believed I wouldn't be able to buy property but he has given me options which helped me buy my first property by getting guarantor mortgage. I am very pleased with his service, he knows what he is doing. When ever i needed advice he had guided us to the right direction. I have already recommended him to some of my friends, who also believe that it is extremely difficult and expensive to get on property ladder. Believe or not muzzy will make it look easy.Thanks for your help muzzy
