I had a wonderful hour's massage leaving me feeling beyond relaxed and revived. Alex's demeanour was so calming and her advice on my health so insightful. She took the time to explain everything to me and I could tell she was so skilled and knowledgable as well as totally dedicated to healing and helping people. I cannot wait for my next treatment.

I wrote my first review on Alex's practice when she was based in Lindfield and recently went to her new London treatment room. As before, I received a wonderful bespoke massage from Alex. It felt like a completely unique treatment, with scents and sensations particular to me. Alex is incredibly thorough, every bit of my body was given attention and then more time was spent on areas with most tension. I left having learnt more about my body and feeling wrapped up in a warm, positive energy. Alex's new treatment room is lovely, warming space and she uses high-quality oils and products that you can tell she is incredibly passionate about. Overall, well worth booking if you are London based.

Cant thank you enough for the wonderful treatment I received at the weekend.Having been recommend by my midwife to Alex Olds because I was suffering terrible lower back pain at 38 weeks pregnant I had a very relaxing and beneficial pregnancy massage on a lovely warm water bed allowing me to be totally comfortable throughout. I recently visited Alex for the hydrotherapy consultation and treatment. Having never experienced this treatment before I was slightly apprehensive. Alex was warm and welcoming and I was immediately relaxed and comfortable with her.She is very knowledgeable and her passion in helping people in clear. This was an incredible experience. Alex ran a session for a group of us who work together. We work in an intense environment, where we come across a lot of trauma and sadness. Alex ran a beautiful 90 minute session for us, which I found peaceful, therapeutic and uplifting. I had never taken part in a gong bath before and didn't know what to expect but felt completely at ease with Alex.For me, the best part of the session was that I felt suspended in a kind of half awake state. It was like the feeling when you're falling asleep at night, but lasted much longer. Alex used sound, music, aromatherapy and touch to create a really safe and peaceful environment.Even though there wasn't any interaction between participants during the session I felt really bonded to them, and to Alex. It was a shared experience that left me feeling lighter and connected to my colleagues.Thank you so much Alex!

Alex really is a true healer in every sense, she is dedicated, meticulous and above all genuinely capable to deliver a highly memorable and wonderful experience.I had a sound bath treatment which lasted around 2 hours, the massage was the best I've ever had and without telling her Alex was able to pick up on areas on pain and treat it accordingly, I found myself amazed with the results, I was rejuvenated yet relaxed and at peace all at once.Very highly recommended and I shall look forward to my next treatment!
