20 people, 10 bedrooms 3 lounges and a very large and well equipped kitchen. You could not ask for better and very close to everything.

Stayed here on two occasions. Very comfortable large house (10 bedrooms) ideally for family gatherings. There's enough space in the kitchen and common areas to bring people together at meals times and to relax. Good value, I'll be back.

The Pines is an amazing house in a beautiful little town just a short drive from wildlife parks, theme parks, beaches and countless beauty spots.The house is huge and incredibly well appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn't made available to us including wifi fast enough to stream a couple of films simultaneously!The host family were unobtrusive but available at a moments notice if there was anything we needed and they couldn't have been more helpful or friendly!The garden was so good our children were tearful to leave it. Maybe I was too a little bit. =)

Fabulous house with everything you could possibly need . 12 friends meet up every Christmas for years now . Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else . Amazing !!

Gorgeous house, super for our huge family.Great facilities, kitchen was fab with a great oven for all our cooking.Hosts were super friendly and great at communicating.Lovely little town and a few eating/coffee walkable places.Great base for Cairngorm hiking and even a separate drying room!Highly recommend.

Great place, surrounded by beautiful nature and lovely hosts.Warm and welcoming rooms and lounges. Convenient shopping.. great for big families and groups...!

We had a lovely stay for my Friends Hen Party.The house was immaculate and couldn't have asked for anymore.Garden space was great for our activities and having forest walks right on the door step was great.Communication with the owners was fantastic.Thank you Lucy for accommodation our large party.

Fabulous place. Have had two years here previously and really looking forward to returning this June. Its a great venue for our youth group reunion. Would also recommend it for a big family get together.
