Excellent service at Beccles USA NAILS, they fitted me in for acrylic nails and a pedicure, definitely recommend.

I went to do my nails but they were not nice and terrible result. They had to do it twice because the first time was really badly done. Not going there again. Do not recommend it

Don’t go here, they scam younger people who might not be so confident to correct them when they start doing something expensive you didn’t ask for!! My sister went here and had already called up to ask the price for acrylics, they told her £28. She turns up with the exact change and asks for what she said on the phone. The man then started doing pink and white ombré (which she hadn’t asked for and was £40). She was lucky that a parent of a friend came in so when she started saying that he was doing something she hadn’t asked for, she had someone to stand up for her. He then proceeded to violently file off the ombré and make her nail beds bleed. Then left her nail varnish all smudged on purpose. Disgusting behaviour.

I visit USA nails in beccles every 3-4 weeks to get my nails done, I always leave with a smile on my face !! My nails are always perfect and the staff are very kind and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else, keep up the good work guys xxx

The gentlemen that work there are very good. However the lady there does not listen to her customers. I took in my own chrome powder and I had explained how to apply it as they don't offer this nail covering. The lady not only ignored my advise but wanted to charge me extra!! A full set of acrylics with gel polish is £28, I had infill and brought my own and she wanted to charge me £35 for the pleasure. I said ok to that, wondering why I'm paying more but I would have accepted it.Because she was did not listen to me they couldn't apply the chrome powder correctly. I left, tipping £6 to the gentleman who did the infull but with no colour. I completed the service myself at home (beautician by trade). The lady wanted to argue and say that I didn't give them the correct instructions when another customer intervened and corrected her saying that I did give them the correct instructions. Poor poor poor customer service. You have 2 ears and one mouth for a reason, try listening to your customers. You might just learn a new skill and keep your customers happy.

Had nail extensions first time , did a good job, but no customer service and very difficult to get glue off what they use, has not done my nails any favours. Will stick to shellac from now on .

I went here with my little girl who is 8 and she was over the moon with her pusheen cat nail and showed it off to everyone. I wasn't happy with my nails and the shop seemed overbooked but after messaging the owner and asking for my nails to be removed her really wanted a chance to make it right and I'm glad I went back. The second time around and it was much better. The shop could do with a regular cleaner though as the next day I went back it didn't seem like anything had been cleaned up.

I love my new nails!!! The staff here are lovely, some are very chatty and others are quiet but they never make you feel uncomfortable. I've never had any problems and I've been coming for quite a while now.

Managed to get an appointment on the last day before the 2nd lockdown was implemented.. They stayed open late and allowed an extra treatment that we hadn't booked for. Very courteous, welcoming and professional, as well as efficient and offering a high quality service. My girls were over the moon with their acrylics and gel paint.Very hygienic and high standards, not only industry standards but also very on top of recent government guidelines for Coronavirus.All in all, fantastic experience for us and amazing end results.Thank you all so very much for making my daughters birthday a success after a very rough year and a let down from another salon we'd prebooked who let us down last minute on my daughters birthday, you went above and beyond to make her day :)
