KLG Rutland

Seen a comment on here about racism that I’d like to correct. The publisher of this post clearly states she has heard from a COMPETITOR that KLG are racist and assumed because a mistake was made during her experience that this is the case. I would like to advise I am a person of colour and have never been treated badly by KLG, this comment was clearly made out of anger. KLG offer a great experience and id highly recommend!

We've had two front doors from them the past 15 months - excellent company - nice people, great products (huge choice) and great fitting ( both doors have made the hallways warmer and quieter). I'm about to place an order for a third door. Possible to go elsewhere and save 15%, but you soon forget the price when you benefit from the quality KLG provide.AND, products made in the UK - to me, that's Very important in these Covid times.

A lot of staff but nobody seems interested in showing around or helping? Or maybe they were just judging us? Which is even worse.Prices are ridiculously inflated for dated designs and the vibe is cold and unfriendly. Even if the products were okay and prices were reasonable we would still have just left. Perhaps if you're older and white you'll get better service???Luckily we've found an absolutely amazing company for our project, completely opposite to these people.UPDATE to their reply: This review is for the showroom experience and has nothing to do with any email enquiries a year before, which I had actually forgot about.As they've brought up the emails, I might as well add, they weren't interested in helping at all. We were already aware that we need planning permission, the whole reason we contacted them was to ask for advice on what kind of porch we'd be able to get permission for (for a house on sale which we didn't buy in the end) . All we got were blunt replies.. We build lots of porches. You need to talk to the council about the approval".If you want a friendly helpful service

Excellent service, carrying out a new porch,and soffit, gutters.From the start when I was given clear advise,and questions answered .The team that came were very professional, advisory, and basically got on with it.Well done to all involved.

Absolutely appalled by this company. They obviously didn't want our custom. Went in to look around for our new extension and made to feel like we were unwelcome. He wanted us out that door asap. We felt very rushed. Anyway managed to arrange a site visit so windows and doors could be measured up but no one showed up!Anyway, had another company come out and measure up today and mentioned to him our bad experience with KLG and he wasn't surprised. Told me they are racist and they treat all their 'coloured' customers this way.So a warning to all other 'coloured' people like myself don't even bother with them, they are not interested.

I can only reiterate the positive reviews for KLG Rutland - Nottingham. We were so impressed with everyone involved with the purchase and build of our conservatory. Their pricing structure was very transparent, and we did not feel under any pressure whatsoever. They operate an open and honest business providing supply, project management, design and fitting services. They do not use high pressure sales techniques but support you in the right direction for your requirements. All of the staff gave us excellent service - Sales, Office, Surveyor, Builders, Fitters, Plasterers, Electrician, Service Engineer and Tiler. It took longer than we had anticipated - delays were down to weather, holidays, staff availability, supply chain, drying time - but we didn't feel inconvenienced for long. We thank our lucky stars every day that we chose KLG for our conservatory. We definitely would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Lads did a great job on the 2 wettest days of the week.Never stopped did doors and windows can tell the difference in the house

A drive from Bristol to KLG to pick up a beautiful showroom door for my partner which was of great quality and value for money, poor Sammy was scared to death thinking my missus was going to give him a big thank you hug but she behaved herself lol.Lovely friendly staff and great showroom, certainly a leader in their field and would highly recommend.

I had my conservatory fitted Dec 2018. Jane was amazing and really listened and helped me chose. The builders and conservatory fitters were also really great. Very punctual and clean. They all worked together brilliantly and most importantly were very Trustworthy. I am thrilled with my beautiful conservatory. Highly recommended. I am very happy for people who are unsure, if to use KLG Rutland (Iikeston) to come round and have a look and a chat. I will be recommendeding them for many years to come. Really great service.
