The whole team at Fenton's have been great - they've done our new nursery carpet and also our bathroom floor soon after we moved into our home. They were reasonable, reliable, professional and personable. Both floors look so amazing and have made such a difference to the rooms. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Steven came to lay our carpet this morning. Can't praise his professionalism enough. Good communication with my elderly parents offering appropriate choices and advise when necessary.If he's an example of the standards you can expect of Mr Fentons shop you can't go wrong.

First used Fentons in 2011 for amtico flooring in our Kitchen and since then have used them a number of times but most recently for a laminate timber floor in our living room, amtico tiles in the hall and carpet on the stairs. Highly recommend Mike and his team of fitters Steve and Marcus.

Recently I went to Fenton’s Carpet shop in Buckhurst Hill to discuss re carpeting my ground floor and stairs. I was looked after by Mike who discussed the most suitable carpet for my needs. He arranges to come and measure up at my convenience once I had chosen. He gave me a price and I placed an order. We then arranged a delivery and fitting date.On the morning of the fitting the fitter arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A colleague of his popped in to make sure all was well and to help move furniture if necessary. The doors were taken off and rehung to fit. All in all a beautiful job completed by very professional oops,e. Thank you Fenton’s Caroets.

Really upset have spent quite a bit at Fentons in the past but more recently had vynyl floor fitted in kitchen February 2020 all cost over £600.00 within weeks, started getting yellow marks. Had yo wait until after lockdown to email issues told its probably something with rubber feet reacting. Realised it was feet of a perfectly normal small plastic everyday foldable kitchen stool. I was given no information that you cannot have rubber feet on this floor, despite it being perfectly normal in a kitchen on fridges etc. I have now written 3 times asking him to contact the manufacturer to see what can be done for it and the fact there were no instructions and he hasn't even got back to me in 8 months!
