Very friendly staff. Bright cheery and very clean premises. Showed us around vehicle we were interested in. We were given excellent detail of the inside and outside of vehicle. Very good at answering any questions about vehicle. Very hospitable gave us a hot or cold drink. Best car dealer we have ever come across.

I have visited the Lincoln Horton branch of Skoda many times. Each and every time the issues with my vehicle have been resolved quickly and efficiently without any issues at all. When I have needed to change for a new vehicle, the process is quick and painless, which is something that cannot be said for a lot of other dealerships.

as you can expect you will pay dealer prices but the service is spot on and the staff are professional and polite. would defo use again

Lovely showroom, nice modern toilets. We were in the showroom quite a while, and being stared by everyone but no one came over to see us. Test drove the electric Skoda ok car. I didn't know Skoda sold electric push bikes.

I went into Hortons to test drive and try out different models. I have 3 children, all needing child seats.Alex, the sales rep was very patient allowing me to sit and try out various combinations of car seats in different models.I explained which model I wanted. He looked through the data base and mentioned they will be having a Skoda Superb coming in soon which met my expectations.I received an email a week later informing me the car has arrived. I fell in love with the model and refinement. I dealt with Graham from sales team and the paperwork to sort out the lease was a breeze.A week later, the car was ready for delivery. Everything was explained very well during delivery by Alex and after sales cll was prompt and helpful.I cannot reccommend Denis Hortons Skoda enough. Thoroughly professional and very helpful sales team. Absolutely no pressure to buy from them.

Fantastic at selling, the salesman I dealt with (Alex Kirk) was professional and helpful, unfortunately the aftercare is some of the worst I've ever received - full of lies, deceit, and led by an ill-mannered Managing Director (Oliver Horton).Upon receiving my vehicle and getting it home, issues with tyres, brakes, windscreen wipers, and engine components were identified through a vehicle health check at my local dealership. At first I was assured by Alan Reader that these issues would be rectified by the dealership, but this swiftly changed to it passed it's MOT

Lovely people. Very polite on the phone etc., and I’m sure from reading other reviews they’re great at dealing with you when you are buying a car from them. But I would advise going elsewhere for any sort of mechanical work.First time I rang was to have an airbag light inspected, which they not only told me they wouldn’t be able to look at for a month and a half but that the inspection alone would cost me £80 something, which seemed expensive to just purely plug in a OBD reader and see what the issue was. So I didn’t use them.I recently rang as I’m having issues with my Skoda infotainment system and all the forums online had differing solutions so figured I’ll ring a Skoda dealer they’ll have a proper solution. To simply just inspect my radio, they were going to charge me between £146-£180! To inspect a radio!?Again, all very lovely on the phone but the prices they charge just to have a look at your car is appalling.
