I have known the staff at Training Works for 3 years now. They are always courteous and professional. They are prompt to respond and I enjoy having a working relationship with them.

I have been working at Training Works for over two years. The company is very family-orientated, and we all treat each other with respect, and it is an excellent place to work. Apprentices are at the centre of everything we do. There is nothing better than seeing our Apprentices grow and achieve in their chosen training and career. I would recommend Training Works for both working and training.

Training Works is a fantastic company to work for, we are one big family. The learners and the Employers are at the heart of everything we do, and we provide all our learners with the best learning experiences.

At Clifton Homecare, we work closely with Training Works - their QCF qualifications are tailored to staff members, clients and our business needs. We have a fantastic working relationship with Carl Mullen as the Adult Social Care Curriculum Lead. Carl is very passionate about supporting our learners to upskill and enhance their knowledge whilst they are on their QCF journey. We find him to be very flexible, engaging, knowledgeable and positive, particularly when he conducts his training sessions with our staff. He also gives up his time to be part of a judging panel for our Employee of the Quarter staff award scheme and is a vital member of the group, always providing positive context and enthusiasm to the process. The Admin Team at Training Works are always happy to help with queries and do as much as they can when signing up new learners.

I had a really positive experience during my learning. I had regular meetings with my assessor, lots of support throughout my learning journey. Highly recommend Training Works for learners.

Training Works is a great company that cares about their learners. My trainer is very good and encouraging. I seen some of the other reviews and just like a lot of jobs, you can't force someone to stay in their role. Sorry for those learners, but my experience has been great and I'm even above target!
