I've been struggling with Sciatica for a year and as someone who used to be extremely active this has had a massive impact on my life. After being fairly inactive over the last year, I'm excited to have just started working with PT by PT on my rehabilitation and how i can carry on an active lifestyle within the capabilities of my injury. A few sessions in and we have outlined my goals, noted my current weight/body fat % so we can monitor my progress and my muscles ave been feeling the burn (but not my sciatica!). I'm also currently writing on a food diary so we can fully assess my lifestyle outside of the gym in order to achieve my goals. PT by PT are very attentive and tailor your fitness plan to you. I welcome the fact that they treat it as a partnership and work with you to facilitate you in achieving your goals.

Phil trained me in his early day at fitness first. He is one of the best personal trainers i know. He even inspired me to become a personal trainer, so i did !!! Phil is an inspiration and a great friend.

Been going to PT by PT for a number of years now, excellent knowledgeable trainers who always make working out fun and varied. Would highly recommend them, even if you just need someone to keep you honest.
