Great place for young people who have difficulties

It's a good place with a good purpose. Shame most of the people don't value that. And safety is something that can be worked on which it is at the moment.

Dont even deserve one star. They allow bullying to go on on a daily basis. They allow their tenants to physically attack children and they do t accept responsibility. When you try to speak to them they put phone down on you!!! Would never recommend any person to have to go tbrough that yreatment

Not sure it would be right to share my experience on here as it's more my daughter's than mine but a definite complaint is in the process, not happy is an understatement!!!

my child went here for a school trip, it costed me almost £300 and a £10 deposit. I am a single mum. found it dificult to pay such a extourcinate price but my daughter desperately wanted to go. my child, age 13 came back filthy (due to the disgusting shower facilities there which she refused to use), hungry, upset and scammed. she tells me the food was, excuse the wording but, minging. One night, she could only have one undercooked sausage instead of two undercooked sausages becuase her group thingy was served last, which is plain unfair. she went hungry. my daughter said the rest of the food was in fact in-edible even if there was enough to go round. lake is no different to swimming in sewage- bring swimming shoes. apart from the decent water activities, this establishment offers many great activities such as making teenagers do team building (activities they are too old for) with wooden building blocks! (also proceeding to pour water on girls wearing WHITE tops for a bit of fun"

Made a complaint due to food clothes etc being stolen and crack heads makin life difficult and to be fair this place isnt fit for vulnerable people and what do they do absolutly nothing ....

Deserve praise for doing a decent job of looking after folk

So I visited there today as I helped aYoung person move in. Over the years I've heard it's a awful place etc, but for young children who generally need support and want the help this is a great place. There's nothing wrong with how it's run it's how the people living there choose to start there stay. There is plenty of support down to the catering, washing facilities and Support of applications for financial help. Staff friendly and experienced. To sum this up if you want help and use these facilities how they are meant to be used you should be ok preparing for the future. It's the behaviour of people living there who decided the environment. KeepUp the good work guys!!!

Place is full of drugs and unruly behaviour.
