I was in rituals in the Arndale shopping centre at approximately 12:30 today and was greeted by one of the most friendliest girl I’ve ever met!✨I never got her name but she made me and my boyfriends day. It’s our first time in Manchester and she gave some of the best recommendations around the city. I’ll most definitely be back in before I go back to Ireland!✈️

Came down last week and was served by a really nice lady named Amy. Honestly was the cutest and went above and beyond for what i wanted and was so helpful the whole time. Would definitely come again!!

Very helpful staff, they didn't have an item in stock so they informed me that I could have it delivered next day free of charge regardless of price of the item.Less than 24 hours later it arrived! Great service
