Popped in for some hydraulic adaptors, technical staff were very knowledgeable and gave prompt service , well recommended and don't forget biscuits for the Alsations ✨

Needed to replace an air hose on my Renault Premium. Was charged 420£ for 30cm hose and 50 min of labour. Was charged 3hr of labour, saying that the driver needed to go home after the job and it's a long way? - no comments on that. Upon receiving the invoice had noticed that also being charged for: environmental oil spill and pad supply along with silly amount of zip ties - which were not in used, so clearly the invoice items are taken from the air. Long story short, yes they will fix your hoses, but expect a really funny price for it.

Rude staff... I was looking for a local business and just pulled in to have get out of the car to have a better look and this rude staff started asking all these questions just because I was parked in their PARKING for 10 seconds. If I had ordered something with them I would have cancelled the order with the staff attitude. They need to learn some patient rather than take out their frustrations with their local neighbour businesses on customers.Its clear to see they don't like other businesses in the location and are rude to their customers. Shows what kind of service they offer to their own customers!!!!Advice to get yourself a sleeping bag and maybe even sleep in the parking pay so no one parks their over night! haha

Went down to see Wayne, Scott and Alex today for some help with some old barber chairs that wasn’t pumping properly. All 3 was exceptionally helpful and polite and ultimately got the job done when they happily could of turned me away. I would highly recommend. The main work was done by Wayne who clearly knows his trade.

Today I had travelled to Wimbledon to repair a hydraulic system and required a metric to bsp fitting, the chap that served me was efficient and very helpful. Five stars to Pirtek.

I feel i have to write a review for these guys as the quality of the work they did and the price was amazing!! I have an old ML500 which is near impossble to get parts for. It needed new power steering lines that Mercedes wanted to charge me £670 for a new set... These guys made new lines for £280 which was skillfully made identical to the intricate shape and positioning of the original. That was back in 2019. Its 2021 now and they are still going strong! ive had other new parts already go wrong in this time. Thanks again guys if i need this kind of work again i know where to go!!!

100£ for 15 inches hose replacement is too much!! Get a quote, you might be surprised!?Repair was ok, but they should ask me first before welding, my hose is visible at first look in my engine,so I would never agree!!

I required the power steering pipe changed on my car. Took the defective pipe to Pirtek, Mitcham. Staff were friendly, quickly understood what was required. They then replaced the pipe and did a bit of welding to the metal work improving the original design. If in the future there is any requirement to change the pipe, it is an easier job. Price was very reasonable, and saved me over £400. Would happily use them again if required.
