Top service from Tim who came to look at a sliding patio door that we've been unable to open since buying the property. We feared the worst and thought we would have to buy a new door (very expensive) but Tim was able to fix the problem and then replace one of the broken locks as well as oiling all existing locks and parts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim to friends, family or anyone else who needs help. He also spotted a slight problem with our front door handle and offered to correct it at no extra cost. Very pleased with the quality of his work and hes a genuinely friendly guy.

Tim was a really nice, friendly and helpful guy. After waiting over 2 hours for an insurance company to try get me a locksmith (and them giving up and telling me and my wife and dog to stay with friends!) I called Tim who arrived in about 30-40 mins.He tried a number of different entry techniques to get into my front door, but when it was obvious my lock was completely broken, he drilled and knocked it out and quickly fitted a new one.He informed me of all the costs right from the beginning so no surprises.Thanks Tim for getting our wet and cold family back in the warm!!
