Ricky and Hayley at Kent Air Solutions provided us with one of the best trader experiences we have ever had. They were both extremely professional and polite, and we knew what was going on throughout the entire transaction from quote to invoice. I'm usually somewhat skeptical about hiring a trader I've not had previous experience with, but Kent Air Solutions really changed my perceptions on this. They truly exceeded my expectations on every angle.The guys arrived bang on time for the site survey and the installation, and they cleaned up extremely well after themselves! They were extremely courteous and respectful of our home, and you can tell they really take pride in their work.The installers were keen on making the installation look as clean and nice as possible. They hoovered up after themselves of their own accord, and wiped down all equipment and walls incase they left any hand-marks anywhere. They even helped me adjust some cupboards in the bedroom to make the AC airflow work better for the room.I've since gotten another quote from the guys for an installation at a family home.Kudos to you guys.

This company installed AC to a small outbuilding/office back in August. They did a nice professional job, they cleared up after themselves And were really polite and cheerful. I’ve had no problems with the installation since very happy with the overall service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a local company who can be trusted

Beyond the points in other reviews, like fair price, professional work, friendly and polite team, etc, I really want to appreciate their effort on resovling problems outside of the contract. I'm sure we are not the only household requires a special trunking to match the existing pipe colour. Although they couldn't find the match, they didn't just give up there. Hayley posted some trunking samples to me, so that we can research how to paint it ourselves. Then she arranged delivery ahead of installation day, for us to get the colour done. They have really tried everything they can to meet our special request instead of just saying sorry

Great customer service and well-executed installation. The team had the up most respect for my property, left no mess and had my air-con up and running for both rooms in less than a day. Brilliant service all round!
