Shame they don’t have a re-use shop like some of the others, As the stuff I see people throwing away here is often too good for the bin, and someone else could make use of it. Money could be made selling to help charity st Catherine’s hospice or to improve the environment for everyone plant some trees flowers etc...

Absolute jobs worths.Arrived today with a van and trailer for a pre booked appointment, however had accidentally booked Preston instead of Farington.Asked very nicely if we can tip at Farington instead as it was a mistake and we were already there. To be told no and we’d have to go to Preston because they’d be ‘expecting us’.However in the same breath told us it doesn’t matter what time we get there at.I would understand if it was mad busy, but there were only 5 other vehicles in the whole centre!Complete and utter robots with no sympathy or a single brain cell between them.

Brought a rotten fence panel in a micro van borrowed from workColossal jobsworth sprinted over before I could launch it, must have made the a***holes dayI understand the proliferation of fly tipping completely

Really well run recycling centre. Staff very helpful, with lots of recycling options available.

All good at this site, well organised and all the workers ready to help if necessary. The site is also always clean and tidy, a credit to the people working there. Thank you very much for all your help.
