Dylan installed some dry verges and did various bits of re-pointing on our roof. They arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They are also polite and friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

Dylan was recommended to me by a friend. He quickly contacted me to see if I'd found anyone to look at the work which I hadn't. He came And looked at the work straight away gave a quote and date to start. He ended up completing the work the day before planned which was perfect for us. He photographed the work he had done and sent to me once he finished. The work looked professional and he kept it very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Dwalsh Roofing and would definitely use again if required.

Dylan and his team quoted me for a job in September. We were lucky that he had space this March and they contacted me shortly beforehand. Dylan took care of arranging the scaffolding, skip and ordered materials in advance (we ordered 3x Velux windows as part of the job). Once the weather was suitable, Dylan arrived on time and worked very quickly and carefully to remove our old stone tiles, replace the lining and secure the roof to keep the weather out. He then installed the Velux as per our request and continued with the new roof (concrete tiles). He is punctual, professional and very tidy. Finishing on schedule, he made arrangements to have the scaffolding removed and left us very happy with our new roof. I would definitely recommend to anyone! Cheers Dylan and Joe!

Fantastic service and our roof looks amazing. This is the second time we've asked Dylan to do a job for us, and we would definitely recommend him. He turns up on time, he's polite and knows what he's doing, and he cleans up after hes finished. Can't fault him at all.

Dylan help us on a leak issue on the dormer, he went above and beyond to fix it .Would highly recommend this roofer as he's honest and true to his word .

Nothing but issues unfortunately. Initial finish of the reroof was questionable and building control had a few issues with the work but this was rectified. A leak then developed, damaging a newly plastered and decorated room. After a lengthy wait and way too much prompting, this was assessed and apparently fixed with nothing more than a brief apology. Unfortunately this leak reoccurred recently but much worse. Apparently this will not be fixed and despite paying multiple thousands for the work done, is not covered by the guarantee (which I had to beg and remind them for as well). Now left in limbo with a leaking roof. I'm sure they're fine on smaller jobs but severely lacking in communication and customer service skills. Clearly I'm the exception not the rule (other than the recent one star review) but if you want to feel confident and rest assured knowing your firm understands your requirements and is up for the job, I'd probably go elsewhere.

Gave us a free quote to re-roof, clad and insulate our 4 dormers, kept to the price quoted and completed all the specified work to a top quality.After the work was complete the scaffolding was removed and some tiles were broken, he obtained new ones and replaced them at no cost.When it started raining there was a pretty loud annoying drip from one of the dormers that was updated, I messaged him and he came to fix the problem and resolved the annoyance.Very friendly, prompt, professional and communicative. Would recommend him to friends and family in my area.

We had a number of issues with a chimney, house roof ridge tiles and garage roof tiles. I left a message on Dylan's website at 10:30 on a Sunday evening and he was around to look at the work on Monday morning.... beat that !!Dylan explained the costs and time frames for both traditional mortar repairs and switching to dry verge securing and we happily chose the latter.... quicker, similar cost and potentially lower maintenance.The work was undertaken and completed between the Tuesday and Thursday and everything was left neat and tidy each evening. Dylan kept us up to date with what was being done each day and we are more than happy with the end result.To cap it off, Dylan and his colleague are two great, friendly lads - who I have no hesitation in recommending. P.S. they do appreciate a coffee :).

The cemented/bricked part of our roof verge started crumbling and became a hazard. We contacted Dylan to fix it. He was very responsive and started the work quickly. He mounted a new, safer plastic verge on the battens. Unfortunately, his work was initially undermined by an issue that was attributed to the scaffolders carelessness and which resulted in the verge sticking out from the roof. We communicated the issue back to Dylan, who reacted within the hour (during the weekend!) and came back a few days later to fix the verge. He was visibly upset about the issue and went out of his way to repair it. Our new verge is now holding and we are no longer afraid to walk along the side of the house.Dylan is friendly and cares about the satisfaction of his customers, as evidenced above. He also advised us on the state of our roof, providing his expertise in a non-commercial way. We will be returning to him for future work.
