Amazing service from start to finish. Claire was really helpful when I visited the shop. Robbie came out soon after to do the survey and everything went like clockwork. Mark the joiner did a brilliant job and cleared everything away so no mess afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

This company is brilliant. We were after a new composite front door, but had no idea where to start. No question was ever too much and they were more than happy to talk through the options.I used their website to spec our new front door, and even after that had been done, they didn't mind me changing a few things!In the end, my door doesn't look too dissimilar to my neighbours, which he paid £2,600 for!). Mine was half that INCLUDING installation! Brilliant Service.They installed when they said they would, communication and fitting on the day was absolutely A1. We have had 15 internal & 2 external doors supplied and fitted by The Door Company and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their service, we weren’t sure what we wanted or needed and Robbie & Claire talked us through the options and pricing to inform us of our options. Mark fitted the internal & Neil fitted the external doors, their workmanship is second to none and although I don’t usually recommend companies however they perform I feel that on this occasion that I should. Outstanding quality and service, thanks to everyone involved.

Excellent customer service from The Door Company. Friendly and knowledgeably with swift delivery and installation. The quality of the doors exceeded our expectations, and has transformed our downstairs hallway and rooms. Mark is clearly a very skilled joiner and completed the work to a very high standard. Claire and Robbie have been brilliant from start to finish. Very clear and easy to understand explanation of door types, quickly processed the order and scheduled the fitting. Door fitter Mark Jeavons was excellent, very experienced, extremely tidy and efficient. Highly recommend all of them. Amazing from start to finish. We first met Claire in the showroom, who was so friendly and her knowledge helped to find the right door for us. The communication between ordering and installation was fantastic from Robbie. Nick our installer was very friendly and has provided us with a top quality install. No waste left behind either and area left tidy.Really pleased with our door and would highly recommend. We will be using the team again as and when we need doors in the future.
