T Wall Ford

Not impressed.Last time i had my car serviced here it was not washed, unlike most other places i have had servicing.MOT is more expensive Than competitors.After my last service here i noted on the form that my next service was in 12 months time.I checked the service schedule for my car and it clearly stated 2 years s or 18000 miles.Prior to the 12 months i had a call from them telling me my 12 months service was due.I visited them, with my service schedule in hand to discuss this.I left with them agreeing, it was indeed 2 years or 18000.I guess some people would fall for this and pay for an unnecessary service.Not impressed.Would not use again or recommend

Absolutely horrendous service, I’m surprised that this company have stayed in business for as long as they have. The sheer incompetence is almost impressive and the staff clearly work exceptionally hard at keeping the levels of rudeness at an all time high. I’d recommend this place to anyone that had seriously upset me.

I recently took my vehicle in for a recall to be fixed. Whilst there the garage completed a health check on the vehicle informing me that further investigation was required for a possible oil leak of the drive shaft and a seizing brake caliper. The vehicle also needed new rear brake pads. I was quoted £436 in total for the investigation work to be done and for fitting new brake pads.I declined the offer and took my vehicle to a local garage that replaced the brake pads for £90. On investigation, there was no oil leak, and no further work was required.I certainly wouldn't take my vehicle to Twall for a service or work to be completed, extremely overpriced

Took my car here for its 36k/4 year service. Service was ok. Had to ring them cos they couldn't be bothered to ring me, and having paid nearly £400 they couldn't even be bothered to wash it. I have had cheaper services done elsewhere and had it cleaned. I had an MOT done at Toyota and they washed it.. Don't think there will be a next time but perhaps it would be nice to have a courtesy car with a tad more fuel in it... I put a £5 in and the light was still on... other garages give it you with a full tank so u top it up when u return....

Popped in on a Friday evening just to view a Kuga I was interested in .I was approached by Stef who just had a chat with us , no pressure , gave us the keys & said if we need any help he was there .Ended up purchasing the car , all went smoothly , no issues at all .My second car from this dealership & will definitely be back .Also a big thanks to Sam for all of his input , cheers guys .

Pleased with buying experience, Sophie was very helpful informative and straightforward. Which I found refreshing as most car sales people tend to full of sxxt just want to sell you the car. If all goes well with the new car I will definitely give TWALL FORD further business.

Brought a kuga with rob after a reccomendation. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Even got to have a glass of his personal vimto! Will be back.

Really good service from Joash, and the car was in excellent condition. Really good price too. Would happily recommend buying from here.

Told to bring my car in when the spanner light comes on so they could check the intermittent fault, took it in with the light on and they weren't interested in checking it they told me they want to book it it in two weeks time because they haven't got 5 minutes to plug in to get the fault. But it should be OK to drive. Ended up breaking down and having the car recovered thanks to these not doing what they said they would. Thanks for nothing.
