I came into the store recently to look at purchasing a new TV, I didn't know where to even begin and I was provided with amazing customer service by a gentleman, Wes I believe his name was. All lovely helpful staff at eccles branch..i sold my gold,which im new too,and was made comfortable and was explained the process,the gold i was selling was very valuable and i got a lump sum,i was afraid to walk back to my car with that kind of money,i told assistant manger who was dealing with my sale i felt like this..and in his act of kindness offered and took me safely to my car..so Brodie (assitant manager) i thankyou very much for your kindness,and too all staff keep up your good work…

I call into the Eccles store on a regular basis, I've always found the staff to be very friendly, willing to help and give advice, Carl especially. Pc all in one window 11 selling they give to me a scam an they won’t accept to this selling all in one im been did bough pc all in one in June for selling deal £200. So they saying don’t accept to this selling in said this can selling they refuse take a selling this…… im said give to you zero star! This building was full a scam an carefully please not go to here full a scam!!

Brilliant prompt and efficient service. Went to sell my laptop and was dealt with by Simon and Ste who were knowledgeable and very friendly chatting to me while they inspected my computer. No problems whatsoever and was offered a fair price which I accepted. Would definitely use again for any more stuff I have. Very happy customer. Thank you all at the Eccles store.
