Friendly and helpful staff

I have recently switched agent for one of my rental properties to ARH and they have let and managed the property for the last 6 months. They were recommended to me by a lady in the local café who I asked their thoughts on estate agents in the area when I was having lunch there.Minal Harji came over to the flat and we discussed what was achievable and I mentioned a few bit of work I wanted doing before any tenants moved in. He got me quotes super quick as he knows a lot of local contractors and got all of the items super quick. I then dealt with Daniel Armstrong who has been great from the start when updating me on viewings, finding a tenant (which happened pretty quick), negotiating terms and then fixing minor things at the flat. Rent has been paid on time with a statement issued of any deductions.Highly recommended.
