So today I went into b&m to buy some shopping now I only just got to the biscuits and was asked to leave because apparently I was aggravating staff on evenings. I have worked there before and I left for a better job, and my job requires me to work 6am- anywhere up to 6pm and it’s about an hours drive. So I went in the other evening, spoke to a couple people I knew and then got my shopping and left. I’ve then gone in today and have been asked to leave by the store manager because he has accused me of Aggravating his staff because I come in during the evenings. Now I’ve explained to him my busy work schedule and have said and explained that I only come in to get my shopping and maybe speak to a couple people for a couple minutes to see how they’re doing and then I leave. I’m in there no longer than maybe 15-20 minutes a time. This is unlawful, and I think it’s just out of spite that this has happened because they have no evidence of any of this happening, and haven’t even asked for my side of the story. A bit corrupt if you ask me when the “ customer is always right “ but then don’t even let them talk

A huge B&M to the one I am used to back in Cambridge this B&M has so much more stuff and I could spend hours looking around at the mass product's they have in store the staff a very friendly and polite and know where everything is you can buy mostly anything from dog food to out door table and chairs household products food many things.

Excellent customer service , a young guy named Shaun showed us to everything we needed, best customer service from any b and m store I have been too.

My experience with this shop is very stressful!every time I go there cashiers almost ready to attack me. Today I been doing my normal shopping but I been treated the way I shouldn't be. Lady at the till was making anxious sound also throwing my shopping on the till. I have very poor review about the staff. But I like the stuff they sell !

Good shop struggle to get wife to leave and always costs me as she can't resist a bargain

Amazing and friendly staff. Always somebody about to ask for help if needed. Till staff are smiley and engaging....not just herding you out of the store.Very ckean and tidy. Plenty of space and decent sized car park for its location (free parking) very close to other stores and a few mins walk away from town centre

Was disappointed as its a big store. Some of the aisle were fully of things and others weren't.Staff helpful and friendly.
