Great service at the trade counter and very helpful staff, tried the online system but unfortunately had to keep checking my emails to see when it's ready for collection it's not for me unless they changed the system and text when it's ready that would certainly be helpful and betterBut apart from that great service and helpful.

Friendly and helpful. I only go with small orders but get treated with the same respect trade customers do. Guy on the till on Saturday helped me work out the most cost effective things to order, and the picker helped select the straightest posts etc.
