I don’t know how to even begin to explain what this place and what these people have done for me. I phoned in one evening in a state and was spoken to by the loveliest team of people. Kelly and Scott (admissions/referrals team) are incredibly kind, helpful, supportive, and more importantly genuinely care and go above and beyond for clients.When I arrived in rehab, I was broken, I was absolutely terrified and didn’t think I’d be able to do it. But the staff are so warm and friendly, I felt at ease immediately.The therapist is second to none. Unbelievable woman who is amazing at what she does. I finally found somewhere that understood me, and was literally by my side throughout, and I still receive support on the outside without phone calls, and aftercare support group.I cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done for me. You’ve saved my life, and I will never forget where my recovery started. Thank you xx

I was so scared about reaching out for help as I still hadn’t come to terms that my addiction had got out of control. When I finally felt brave enough to pick up the phone I was instantly reassured, having someone who had been through what I was made a huge difference and meant I could be really honest about what was going on. The support and advice I received really helped me and my family make a decision on what might be the best place for me to go. Thank you so much

When i needed to help with my wife, I called Rehabs UK, Spoke to their very supportive staff, Kelly in this case. We talked for sometime about the issues at home and what i could do. She very quickly got a plan in order, Got us in touch with the Haynes Clinic in Bedford and within 3 days my wife was in a residential rebab for 28 days. Rehabs UK continued to support me, my family and my wife during the rehab, and after. I have to give a massive thanks and a 5 star review because if i hadn't wrong kelly (Rehabs UK) that day i dont know where my wife would be now. Cheers guys, You saved our family!

it was just a wonderful 4 weeks great programme very good team with the right balance between formal and informal discipline. The group I had were top drawer and it did me the world of good and I now have the framework to carry on in my recovery. I learnt so much about me and about recovery and addiction, one of the best things I've ever done and I didn't want to come ! My boss sent me and I thank him every day.

I initially had my reservations about rehab as I have heard plenty of awful stories from places like the Priory. I therefore naturally assumed the worst. However one phone call with Scott and Kelly is all it took to immediately put our minds at ease. They were comforting, reassuring, knowledgeable and empathetic.They did not just simply push us to pick the most expensive rehab centre and call it a day! Instead they emphasised the importance of us actually understanding addiction in greater depth, the process of rehab/ how it works and the differing options we have available to us. They patiently guided us through all these things and were always more than happy to address my never ending questions and concerns. We were thus able to find the right place for my dad - The Haynes Clinic! We went from feeling completely lost to knowing exactly what to do next.Scott was impressively well informed on my Dad’s recovery in rehab. He would constantly be updating us and reminding us that we are not alone in this and he will always be here for us whenever we need him.During my dad’s rehab journey he had to be admitted to hospital. It was pretty difficult dealing with the hospital staff as they don’t really take addiction seriously. But once again Scott stepped in like a shining light, he sorted everything out for us so that we didn’t have to! I am so unbelievably glad we went through Rehabs UK rather than contacting a rehab centre directly, as it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders. Anytime any of us feel overwhelmed or an issue arises all we have to do is give Scott a call and he will immediately work with us to put a plan in action to sort out any problems!My dad’s addiction journey has been an extremely difficult one! Despite having excellent support my Dad relapsed once he came out of rehab. Scott explained to us that whilst the intense, disciplined approach used by The Haynes Clinic worked as a great stepping stone for him, a more therapy focused rehab would be better suited to him. Scott treats every case as an individual rather than using a one size fits all approach.Although my dad is doing a lot better than before he still has a very long way to go. But Scott refuses to give up on him!Hannah has recently joined the team and she has been nothing short of incredible! Scott has devised a structured plan in which he deals with us and prioritises healing for us both individually and as a family, whilst Hannah deals directly with my dad. This ensures that we are all equally looked after, supported and cared for. They both have a very hands on approach in which they demonstrate a perfect balance between giving some tough love but also being kind and encouraging at the same time. My dad is not easy to deal with but both Hannah and Scott are doing a fantastic job.Scott has always been adamant about the fact that we really need to take some time for ourselves to process and heal from what we have been through, as addiction effects both the addict and their family. In fact we really did not comprehend just how much healing we needed to do.This has therefore brought up a lot of hidden, often times unpleasant emotions to the surface and Scott has unfortunately been on the recieveing end of all of this, which has not been easy on him at all.We will always be immensely grateful for everything Scott, Hannah and Kelly have done for our family. Also the fact they have struggled with addiction themselves meant that they were able to understand us in a way that no one else could.I really don’t know what we would have done without them. In particular Scott who is just extraordinary. He really took us under his wing right from the start, closely guiding, supporting and supervising us throughout, no amount of words can really do him justice.If you or your loved one is suffering from addiction please know that you are not alone and it is never too late to seek help. I really could not think of a better place to start than Rehabs UK Trust me you will be in the safest hands!

I started receiving services from Rehabs UK in May 2022. I had a home Detox which was arranged by Kelly and managed by Diane. The service was first class. While I was taking the medication I received 4 phone calls a day to check I had taken the medication and how I was feeling. Diane was kind, encouraging and compassionate. Once the treatment was over I still recieved regular calls to check how I was doing and Diane made it clear I could call her anytime if I needed support.Unfortunately I relapsed despite the great support I had as I couldn't cope with the cravings. I decided my only other option was rehab. Again Kelly stepped in with help and advice on rehabs that offer the right kind of help. I also did my own research which backed up Kelly's recommendations. I have been home from rehab for just under 2 weeks and I am so glad I went. It was intense but I learned a lot and was definitely good advice on the decision to go and the choice of rehab.Throughout this whole process Kelly has kept in touch and always given good advice.Also during this period I have received weekly therapy from their Therapist Jakana who has been excellent from the start. Between my previous eating disorder and my alcoholism I have had a lot of Therapists and Psychiatrists none of them have appeared to really understand my thought processes and I soon lost interest in talking to them. Jakana has overcome her own issues to become a Therapist and so completely understands as she's been in the same place.All the employees of Rehabs UK that I have dealt with are ex addicts who overcame their problems and made a success of their lives and I feel this makes a massive difference to the way they treat their clients. They understand how an addicts mind works. They make you feel like you matter and they will give you all the time you need. Everyone has been kind and compassionate and I couldn't recommend this service highly enough.

What can I say absolutely amazing been drinking for more than half my life 30 years.Did a four week coarse in a clinic but this 7 day in house rehab has been much better by far.The constant help from Diane was invaluable and fantastic she's a rock. Scott also brilliant can not wait for for my next step with my therapist.They have not only changed my life but I honestly think saved my life.A Huge thank you not just from me but from my family to. Will keep in touch and when I'm 100percent at 99 at the moment. I'm going to help others.If in doubt go with them you'll never look back and feel brilliant.THANK YOU xxx

ECR have been very supportive and provided very useful advice about all aspects of addition. Scott and Hannah are very understanding and always have time to listen and offer help. I would recommend ECR if you or a loved one is struggling with addiction.

My son Pete went to Haynes clinic last April at Scott's suggestion. He is seven months sober, living independently, has a full time job and is very happy.This is entirely due to the rigorous, disciplined regime there. High expectations of all clients and giving them all the tools necessary to change their lives. Pete was a complete mess when he went in and a confident, optimistic man when he came out. The mentor/leaders were tough on him but also extremely encouraging.I think communication with partners/carers/ parents could be improved but I would 100% recommend you for arranging this.It saved my son's life.

Hannah and Scott have been absolute life lines for me and have supported me and my boyfriend thru thick and thin, always there when we need them, so supportive and do so much for their clients and their families. Got my partner into rehab quickly and the support has continued since he's been out now for 2 months. Can't recommend then enough and thank you so much hannah and Scott for everything you do for me and my boyfriend.
