Thank you Kat for the treatments on Quinn. She has gone from sleeping 45 minute intervals at night to 11-12 hours solid. She is so much happier in herself, much more comfortable. Life changing - honestly! I put up with back pain and discomfort for years. I visited a chiropractor previously and didn't see much difference. I mistakenly thought an Osteopath did the same thing, but I was wrong. Every session with Kat, the treatment is different and specific to what my body needs that day.Can't recommend Kat enough for this, thank you!

I can highly recommend Exmoor Osteopathy. I went in as I had burning shoulder pain and Kat was friendly, professional and thorough in her assessment and treatment and the pain had gone within a couple of days! I will return for regular treatments now to try and get my long term knee pain helped which I never would've considered possible before.

Visited Katrina at her Minehead practice in July after being in chronic lower back and groin pain for the past 12 months.After my first visit I felt a million times better and since then the pain has subsided considerably!I would certainly recommend anyone with aches and pains to visit Katrina, she is compassionate, listens completely to the symptoms you describe, and then works her magic.

Esther is fantastic!I came to see Esther at Exmoor Osteopathy with acute glute and groin pain. Which had an on-and-off issue for about 3 years.Esther helped to eradicate the discomfort within about 3 weeks with deep tissue, mobility, and acupuncture. And crucially, she helped me to fully understand the cause of the problem too, and gave me a rehabilitation and strengthening program which was easy to fit into day-to-day life.My quality of life has vastly improved. And I'm still able to do all of the things I want to do at the gym.Also, Esther didn't oversell to me either. And I never felt like appointments were being scheduled for the sake of it (which can be the case with other practitioners in this area).Highly highly recommended!

I have had long term treatment from Kat for issues with my hips, and I can honestly say that she has helped me boyond measure. Ed is a genius! After only 3 sessions he has cured my shoulder & neck pain and helped my sprained achilles tendon on the road to recovery. He was charming, kind and thoroughly professional. I can't rate him highly enough. Thank you Ed.

A very relaxing atmosphere Esther is a calm friendly caring lady. Knows her stuff for sure. I felt much better after two visits!
