When our dog got stung by a wasp unexpectedly you were able to find us an available appointment within the hour. I was kept up to date with the number of pre-scheduled appointments were in front of us and when we were seen the care was fantastic especially as you were able to find the sting still in him. He was certainly feeling sorry for himself for the rest of the day, but is fine thankfully.

glad we never have to visit this vets again , our family dog had to be put down due to old age and other things wrong with him, my mum rang the vets made an appointment and asked if we could go the back way as we were to upset to go around the front way, they said that was fine. When we arrived my mother rang them to let them know we were outside they said someone will be out to get us now, we waited outside for 15 minutes with our dying dog he couldn’t stand up on the floor without rolling over, my mother knocked the back door and they all looked at us like we had ten heads , my mother explained why we were there and none of them had a clue, I said we been outside for 15 minutes and the women said “ we weren’t ready for you yet” she needs training on how to deal with people , anyway we got into the vets they didn’t examine our dog we just had to pick what we wanted to have done when he had gone, when they put the injection into his paw me and my mother had to then wait in the waiting area while we were crying , one women behind reception then had the cheek to ask “ do you want to pay now” our dog hadn’t even been put to sleep yet and there trying to get us to pay !!! My mother didn’t have any form of payment with her (last thing you think of when your putting your family dog down) so she asked can we pay tomorrow the women then replied I’ll have to ask management, she didn’t get back to us so we were then called in to say our final goodbyes to our dog, when it all had been done me and my mother had left and not one vet or vet assistant was sympathetic or even nice to us in that matter! I heard the vets have been taken over recently and I’m appalled with how there staff are , they need to take a massive leaf out of the previous owners books, there money grabbers cost nearly £500 just to put our dog to sleep he wasn’t even examined!

Great place for any pet that needs medical help! Staff are very friendly. They look after your pets and give you good instructions to look after your pet after their visit.

The guys at Forest Veterinary group are completely AWESOME!!! They had our baby boy up the surgery within hours & ruled out any nasty surprises (cause he had the trots MASSIVELY"

Excellent experience this morning we phoned at 9am for an emergency appointment and was offered an appointment within the hour. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the vet treated my dog with the best care and explained all the treatment to us which made us feel reassured. If you have a nervous pet I would 100% recommend.

Excellent experience friendly, polite and professional. We were made to feel at ease but more importantly made our pup at ease. Everything was explained step by step no rushing. Good all round service. I would recommend forest vets practice in a heartbeat

Great vets, lovely friendly service and reasonable prices. My Rottweiler is treated so well by everyone there that she actually looks forward and gets excited when we need to go here because of all the attention and liver paste she gets! Also the cheapest I’ve found for neutering/spaying ferrets, my ferrets are equally treated well here and I’m very happy with the service.
