PC Mike fixed a laptop screen for me on no time at all. Great communication and the best value for money, will definitely use him again for any tech repairs, would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking service, very dismissive, rude and did not want to listen, not only that he was completely incorrect in what he was saying and when I tried to question him he got angry and hung up. Not even worth 1 star. - EDIT - this was nothing to do with prices the thing I need everywhere is £40+ and you said you wanted 9.99. Prices where not the problem. Everything else was.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Refused to do the work I needed done out of the blue when he'd already agreed to do the job for me . When asked why twice he wouldn't give me a reason . Just kept repeating his previous message which contained no answers . Totally baffling and rude

I have been using Mike now for I'm sure at least 10 years. The guy is just awesome with computers. If he can't sort it out nobody will. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Cheers Mike

PC Mike fixed my laptop and my partner's laptop a few weeks ago and I have been meaning to write a review. My partner's laptop appeared to be as good as dead but Mike got it up and running again and managed to get all her data back, which she was delighted about. My laptop appeared inoperable but is now working and running well again so I'm also happy. Communication was quick, the price very reasonable and the laptops were picked up and returned to us the following day so a hassle-free service. An absolute gentleman to deal with and a fantastic local business that I wouldn't hesitate to use again the next time I have any laptop problems

Mike repaired my pc quickly and effectively and was excellent value for money. I currently have a leg injury and Mike's offer to bring the repaired pc to me while I sat in the car was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Eventhough I haven't got my PC fixed as it was too far gone. Mike was very professional and helpful. Gave me good advice instead of letting me spend too much money on pc that is not worth fixing.

Great efficient work. Communication brilliant and accurate timeline given for work to be completed. I needed a screen replaced and it was done within 20 minutes whilst I waited at a very reasonable price.Tried the laptop when I got home and everything is working fine. Would highly recommend

Absolute nightmare dealing with this guy. Messed me around for 8 days before I finally went elsewhere. Utterly baffling behaviour. Ordered in the part which I waited for but then he seemed completely incapable of committing to a time and a place where I could drop it off. Don’t be tempted by cheap quote if you want a prompt service. He wasted 8 days of my life and I’m back to square one.
