Only thing - I wish all machines you could pay with card

Left my clothes in the machine, and got stuck in traffic but made it back at 8:05pm and was locked out... Called the owner... He said come back at 7am

It's the only one in Kempston, so useful in the winter. Though the drying cost can be eye watering!

No baskets a avaliable to transfer wet washing to dryers.. needs a good clean. Machines are dirty. Waste bin full to over flowing. Won't be using again. HAD MY OWN WIPES. AND USE WASH PODS NO NEED TO PUT INTO TOP OF MACHINR.

This place is dirty, I'll never wash my clothes there again!

Machine broke leaving washing dirty and soaking, owner does not answer the phone. Machines are dirty and clogged up.

I had never used a launderette in my life, but we got back from a two week holiday and just couldn’t face washing and line drying 4 people’s worth of clothes for days on end. This place is great only 5 washers and 4 dryers but it was easy enough to get a machine. There is a mix of coin operated and contactless card payments taken. I used one contactless machine but the other machine was coins only and I had only a note, but the owner was very friendly and quickly gave me change. An extra large suitcase washed and dried in 1 hour 30 minute for £18…very pleased I won’t be doing washing at home for days now.

You pay £5 for a standard machine and £6 for the slightly larger machine. I did two washes today as my washing machine at home has broken down.I wasn't that impressed to be honest. The machines are dirty where you dispense the powder and softener and the area itself is not clean.The washes only lasted 20 minutes and my white load didn't look much cleaner. Also the spin cycle didn't last very long leaving clothes still heavy with excess water.Not impressed and definitely NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!I'd rather pay a friend to use their washing machine in future.
