I've lived with this letting in my third and current fourth year at university. In these two years I've never had a problem with the letting agency. The price is fair, they have always been quick to respond to any problems and overall I have had no issues. I would highly recommend this agency to students looking for a house for university.

The best landlord in Swansea and the best landlord I’ve ever had to be honest. Was very helpful when I moved to Swansea. I viewed 3 of his properties and all were amazing (spacious rooms), renovated kitchens. Any problems we had was fixed immediately and he was always so responsive.I’ve moved out of Swansea now and really miss having this amazing landlord which is very rare.

Brilliant landlord, it's very hard to find any reasonable landlord especially for students, let alone a GREAT one.Would highly recommend to anyone studying in Swansea. Very well priced (my room was like £10 a week cheaper than anything slightly comparable) and all bills were included so I never had any housing-related stress. Good quality housing, and the owner, Dr Kang, is very helpful, responsive and all round just a decent bloke - he appears to truly care about his tenants and that goes an incredibly long way.Please for you own sanity, avoid StudentDigz, Fresh Lettings, SwanLetting, whatever other scam artists are operating in Swansea, and just get a Kang house, you can't go wrong.

Overall pleased with my 2 years of stay in this property. Our landlord has been helpful and timely with all concerns in the house. The house is in a great location too.
