In March 2015 I purchased a new Victory Hammer from Freedom Motorcycles. Today August 2017 they serviced my Victory Vision at 12500 miles. At all times between they have always gone the extra mile to provide superb service and customer care. Well done.

Had a very good experience with the owner who I met in the showrooms. He advised me on sorting a fuelling problem out on my Ducati. I subsequently carried out his instructions at home and the problem was sorted. I had not bought anything at the time and felt his customer services were first rate. I will certainly get my motorbike serviced there and will no doubt buy an Indian Scout from him in the future. Could not recommend this motorbike shop more highly. Many thanks again.

Outstanding service from a family run business who know their motorcycles! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW R1200RT from Mark at Freedom Motor Cycles Ltd and it’s most likely to have been the best buying experience I have ever had in over 50 years of riding/driving! No pressure whatsoever to buy and all my questions were answered expertly, the bike itself was in pristine condition having been looked after and maintained by the team. Freedom will definitely be my bike shop of choice now as their down to earth approach and attitude is just perfect and such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the larger retailers. I have always said that putting the customer first will bring rewards. Also, a shout out to Matt for explaining some of the functions and to Richard for the care he took in delivering the bike to me. Broken into cruise bikes and chose the right guys to introduce me to my first Victory Motorcycle. Richard is an outstanding guy, providing really great advise and knowledge on Victory motorcycles.I was impressed with his honesty and straight forward answers.Nothing was to much trouble in delivering my bike, complete with a detailed walk round the bike on delivery.I can't fault Freedom Motorcycles.

Collected my bike today. My son also recently purchased a bike. Staff very helpful and a good selection of used and new bikes.
