Appalling customer service. Paid £295 For a app for my business which I never received .phoned to request a refund which I was told would be no problem. I am still waiting. Every time I PHONE am told the person dealing with it is either IN a meeting or on holiday.would not recommend at all.

Poor customer service. Had to call to find out what was happening promised to call me back on Friday morning at 10:30 no phone call ever received. Phoned in afternoon at 15:30 to be told they had a very important meeting with other customer in the morning meaning I wasn't important. How could I deal with a company that doesn't value my business. Jamie the manager even agreed that it shouldn't have happened.
