Stephen is a great help. He was so good at talking my wife and I around and sorting us out with a car. However the service team are not great. Tried to charge me £550 for a rear bushing that I apparently needed or it would fail m.o.t they said. Was told it would take three men to do it.Well it passed two times since without getting it done. Asked another mechanic to have a look and was informed that there was no protruding bushing at the rear axel. And was told the mechanic could have done it himself if there was such a problem and it would only take him an hour or two of labour and the bushing was around £40-50.

Tommy-Lee in Coleraine is fantastic. We first spoke on 4th June 2023 when I enquired about buying a Ford Mustang. Tommy sourced a car in GB, had it shipped to NI and I picked it up 4 weeks later. Job done. There were no issues and everything went smoothly. I highly commend Tommy-Lee and Trust Ford.
