Called in for a phone m,o,t good service ,staff member was great even thou my appointment was 1 hour later but he dealt with it without issue ,very chatty talked me through everything he was doing on my phone ,.1st visit here normally use Beaumont leys store .

Pathetic service. Went in with 3 handsets to upgrade my father was treated poorly by the staff as well making hand gestures behind his back. Not a single agent gave face, were all head down playing with their phones in their own little worlds. I walked out unwilling to upgrade my hanset with agents offering a shocking service such as this. Complaint logged

Found a great deal on the Samsung galaxy flip phone. With mine as a trade in worked out at £33 a month currently paying £22 a month just for unlimited minutes texts and data on 5G. Just a shame they didn't have any left!!!!!!!!!! It IS available from EE direct tho.

Didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. I said I'd wait and come back another day, the sales advisor tried to force me into ordering and paying now but couldn't say when I would actually get the phone. He was incredibly pushy and it made me feel uncomfortable

Useless customer service. Sent my phone to completely the wrong address and they couldn't care less to resolve this.

The men staff are absolutely lovely& know how to have a good laugh, plus they are very helpful. Had a really good experience here today thank you for all your help!
