Super quick key cutting service. Not the cheapest but for a couple quid more than some places I have seen, you get a quality accurate copy of the original. Service with a smile.

I arrived not long before closing time, not realising the time it takes to re-heel and re-sole my boots which I needed for the following day. He was so kind , stayed open late to do the work for me. Really pleased with the end result too! Thanks so much.

Really sorry to say this, This Gentleman( no name, Timpson, Sainsbury's in Crawley, West Sussex) has ruined me the day. I have been using Timpson's for the last 20 years with out any issues, so its not new for me.Today I went to this shop for the keys cutting with a original key and ordered two keys, when I back home and tired unfortunately, both keys were nor working. Ok, fare enough that mistakes can happen. I went to the shop back again to make the keys perfect, this sales man has no courtesy to apology and his face shows that I couldn't manage to open the door. ok, he did something the will make the perfect.Hence, when I tried the second time, both keys had not been working again. I thought to my self mistakes can happen. Right, i went the shop again and explained the situation and expected the apology and good service.Looks like he was drunk or may be hang over from last night drink, he just through all the keys outside and started soughing at me. I felt very strange and I stared taking the video recording. Now, I have got all the recording with local communities support proof as well.I want to take this issue to further, please provide the e mail id to send the video proof.thank you and looking forward to hear from youkind regardsKannanCrawley

Service was quick and efficient, the gentleman who served me was polite and professional. I will be returning to this timpson again.

Came in at 10 past 5 which is well within the opening hours of the shop, I was refused service and was informed that they need an hour to clean the shop before closing. If you're refusing service to customers past 5, why not adjust your opening hours?
